Cascade Ridge (cascaderidge.com), a 26-home development of high-end, luxury custom homes and a private Lodge sitting on its own mountaintop overlooking the Big Sky Mountain Village is now hiring part-time Guest Service Associates reporting to the Guest Services Manager of Cascade Ridge. Guest Service Associates will be responsible for interacting with Cascade Ridge members, assisting with our property management team, light snow removal and mostly working evening shifts at our Lodge and bar. We work closely with our homeowners and guests to ensure their stays are most enjoyable and memorable. This is a substantial learning and development experience for the right applicant who has the ability to learn and grow on the job.

We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team.

This job is great for anyone looking to ski or ride during the day and come and work shifts in the evenings.

Job Qualifications: Applicants should have guest service experience or interest in high-end hospitality. Experience is helpful but not required – we are willing to train. References may be required. Please provide a resume with your reply.

Employment dates: November 22, 2021 through April.
