Main Responsibilities

Work with the owners to Design business strategy and set goals for growth and productivity

Oversee daily business operations and administrative functions to achieve company goals

Ensure customers have a welcoming and satisfying visit

Ensure a positive work environment for all employees

Manage profit and loss statements and account for costs and revenues

Create and manage budgets, working closely with Business and Accounting Specialist

Allocate budget resources for supplies, equipment, marketing and personnel

Implement systems to improve overall quality and productivity

Generate business, cost and employee reports to Department Managers

Schedule regular team meetings to discuss business updates, issues and recommendations

Respond to employee concerns in a timely manner, coordinating with HR when necessary

Provide direction and guidance to leaders in their assigned departments

Evaluate performance and productivity of Department Managers and administrative roles within the company quarterly, then update owners.

Benefits

Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000/year

Salaried (Exempt) Position: Assumption of 40 - 50 hours per week, depending on the season and workload

Bonus: annual bonus based on sales goals and contribution to the company, from 0% - 20% of yearly salary
